Howdy!  I’m Mary Elizabeth.  This site started as a way to update friends and family on my radically new life in the country here in the far west tip of Texas.  I moved here with my family after spending 29 years in crowded and busy Southern California.  I think this country is wonderful and I hope to share it with anyone interested.  I love God, my husband, my kids, extended family, friends, animals, nature, in short … our Creator and all His creation.  I am passionately Catholic and for good reason!  You’re invited to set a spell and see a bit o’ the Tip.
